Hunting...

The bot does keep track of blood pools, so your character must hunt. The bot will calculate your blood gains after you've hunted and apply them to your overall blood pool. The hunt roll is:

!feed (number of hours) (diff)

example: !feed 3 6

Number of Hours: you may hunt from 1-3 hours, but 3 is the max. It is advised you hunt either before or after play. The 3 hour max is in place so that a person may play and not consider "off time" due to hunting. It is unacceptable to play in a channel, realize you are going to be attacked or attack someone, go to a different channel and make a hunt roll and then come back. Hunts are real time, 3 hours have passed since you left that channel. That is why it is best to hunt before or after play, so you are not affected by hunt down time.

Difficulty: The difficulty you choose to hunt at is your choice, though it should coincide with your character concept. A toreador is not likely to be hunting in the slums, and a ventrue with a feeding preference would need to be in the proper locale.

Botches: You can botch on a hunt roll, if you roll ones without any successes. The bot will inform you of the botch and tell you to see a Storyteller Immediately. A botch will be given to you by the ST and will relate to your character, and the area you were hunting in. Botches are always bad.
